Re-think the concept of Intellectual Property to comply with the values of equity, sustainability and the common good. Re-organise the Intellectual Property system to comply with its new definition.

i agree.. but it needs to be more than re-thought... that has been done and is being ignored,,, as a country we are pushing IP and copyright as a big part of the so called "Smart Economy"... i believe this is a huge mistake... the old rules no longer apply.. both IP and copyright need serious overhaul they both stifle innovation and encourage business to sue and be sued.. over ideas... now there is a big debate over whether an idea is owned.. this has been a big area of interest to be for the ... more
